The List: Aria

Few restaurants receive as much consistent praise as Aria in Buckhead.  In Creative Loafing’s 2011 Best Dish List, the restaurant’s Plum Upside Down Cake received a well-deserved mention. I was happy to discover in the latest Best Dish list, there was a more substantial offering, the Butter-braised lobster with broccoli mousseline (imagine a Hollandaise sauce with just a hint of broccoli).

Can't you see its deliciousness?  Mmmmm.

Although I lifted this image from the Aria website, I assure you, my order looked exactly the same way – perfect.

In fact, if you don’t like lobster, this could be your gateway dish into being a fan.

List worthy?  Absolutely!
