First Follower

Is leadership for everyone?  If you pay attention to the lessons of "The Dancing Guy," you'll learn the importance of being a first follower.  After all, until a leader has a follower, he's just a lone nut.

Given all the guts it takes to be a first follower, maybe leadership IS over-rated!  Something to think about as  you head into the weekend!
